We’re excited to announce that MSW is expanding, and we’re looking for talented, motivated people to join our team. With our brand-new facility in Kannapolis, NC scheduled to officially open and begin operations in February 2026, we’re building a crew of mechanics, fabricators, and other experienced motorsports professionals who want to grow with us.

Training and onboarding opportunities are available now at our Lexington, SC shop, so new team members can hit the ground running as we prepare for this new transition.
