S54 & Euro Oil Filter Housing Banjo Bolt Adapter 12mm to 14mm

A common upgrade for many non-M engines is to replace the standard oil filter housing with an S54 or Euro S50 housing, which has provisions for an oil cooler.  It also features an all metal filter cap.

This adapter banjo bolt allows you to install your non-M 14mm VANOS banjo bolt onto the M12 port of the S54 oil filter housing.

Unlike other options out there, our adapter bolt is made of zinc-plated steel for the same strength found in the OEM bolts.  We also threaded the head of the bolt to accept 1/8-27 NPT fittings, giving you a quick and easy port for monitoring oil pressure or temperature.

Can also be used as a pressurized oil source for turbo oil feed.

This is the same bolt now included with our oil cooler kit.

Compatibility: The S54 oil filter housing can be installed on any E36, E46, or Z3 6-cylinder engine. (M52, M52TU, M54, S50, S52) as well as Z4’s with the M54 engine.  Check applications tab for additional information.
