This header install kit includes everything you need to install/replace stock or stock-style headers on the M50, M52, S50US, S52, and M54 (in SpecE46 form.)
Note on studs: Some M54 heads were drilled and tapped for 24 header studs (just like the E36), while some only came with 16 studs. Our kit includes 16 studs and nuts with the option for an additional 8 studs and nut for those who have a fully drilled head.
Special Application Notes: M52 Engine only for Z3 applications

- (16) Manifold studs and copper nuts
- (6) 10mm copper nuts
- (2) Head-to-manifold gaskets
- (2) Manifold-to-downpipe gaskets
- (2) installation nuts to insert and tighten studs
Assembled in the USA from European and US sourced parts.
