M54 baffled oil pan, ready to bolt in place on your track car or Spec E46.
We start with a serviceable Genuine BMW oil pan, thoroughly clean it, media blast it, then weld in an AAF baffle, and finally install a new drain plug and crush washer. We take care of the hard part, you just need to install and send your core back to us.
Core Return Instructions:
Please return your oil-free serviceable oil pan (no cracks, warpage or excessive scrapes) to our shop within 30 days of receiving your baffled pan:

Note: it is recommended you clean all oil off the core pan and wrap in a trash bag before boxing up. Any oil seepage will delay the return.
