E36 strut towers are susceptible to “mushrooming” or deforming over years of street use. Track and race use will rapidly damage stock metal. These plates are simple solution devised by BMW.
Genuine BMW part. Installs between your strut hat or camber plate and the unibody strut tower. Does not require welding, however we typically perform a few stitches of weld to keep it permanently in place.
Sold individually, two needed for both strut towers.
Fits all E36 and Z3 models, including M cars.
