FIA Rain Lights are quickly becoming a required item by most sanctioning bodies during inclement weather. They can also be very useful to alert other drivers of hazardous conditions such as: stalled on the grid, driving slowly due to a mechanical issue, or during a safety car or red flag period. However, different sanctioning bodies and sometimes even different regions within, may have varying rules on how the light is to function when it is in use.
Our original method of installing rain lights used small interchangeable adapters that would alter how the rain light would operate which kept things simple and worked well; provided you had the correct adapter you needed. Now, we’ve built a plug and play multi-mode adapter that with the simple turn of a dial allows you to select from six different modes of operation.
Compatible with the standard Lifeline FIA Rain Light. (Cartek version in the works)
Debossed numbers within the case to always know which setting you have selected.
Two 11″ zip ties are supplied to easily attach the adapter to your trunk lid. Alternatively double sided tape or Velcro can be used.
